§ Angela EagleFollowing a large volume of complaints and work backlogs, the London Borough of Wandsworth approved new arrangements for the management of its benefits administration from 27 November 1998. The Authority has kept the Department informed of developments. Most of the problems experienced last year have been resolved and the Department has received assurances that the remaining issues are being addressed.
