§ Mr. George HowarthThe average occupancy rate in approved probation and bail hostels for the year 1998–99 currently stands at 84 per cent. This is above the 83 per cent. target for the key performance indicator for hostel occupancy, which will increase to 87 per cent. in 1999–2000.
