To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what proportion of all those aged from 18 to 64 years, who are in employment or actively seeking employment, are qualified to NVQ(a) level 3 and (b) level 4 in (i) the United Kingdom and (ii) England; and what the figures were in each year from 1993.
