§ Mr. RaynsfordWe have received representations from the three tenants' associations on the Manchester City Council estates in Sale, Magnolia Court Tenants Association, Sale West Tenants and Residents Association, and Manor Avenue Tenants and Residents Association, about the proposed transfer of those estates to a Registered Social Landlord. Those representations will be taken into account as part of the assessment of Manchester's application for a place on the 1999–2000 housing transfer programme.
