§ Mr. TimmsWe expect that many trust-based stakeholder pension schemes will include trustees who are nominated or elected by members of the scheme. The precise requirements applying to the composition of the trustee board in stakeholder pension schemes have not yet been decided. We expect to consult further on this issue in drawing up the detailed regulations that will apply to stakeholder pension schemes.
