§ Mr. HoonThe Lord Chancellor and I meet the Legal Services Ombudsman each year to discuss the main findings and recommendations of her annual report. Our next meeting with her is scheduled for June 1999. Our officials have more frequent contact with her, and they keep us informed of developments in the complaints handling procedures of the legal professional bodies in general, and of the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors in particular.
