§ Mr. MorleyWe are currently considering the terms of reference and timetable for the review. In the meantime, we are planning to introduce arrangements requiring local planning authorities to consult the Forestry Commission over planning applications affecting ancient semi-natural woodlands and ancient replanted woodlands.
