§ Mr. Byers[holding answer 26 February 1999] The Minister of State for Energy and Industry has been using the electronic red box developed for the DTI for some time. This facility enables him to work on electronic copies of documents at home and to access many of the Department's information systems. Following evaluation of his experience later this year, consideration will be given to extending its use to other Ministers.
