To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to his answer of 21 January 1999,Official Report, columns 576–77, if he will list the expenditure not included in his answer incurred (a) by task forces and review bodies, (b) by focus groups, (c) on market research and (d)for publications and publicity; and if he will list the bodies which incurred the expenditure. [holding answer 15 February 19991My answer of 21 January 1999,Official Report, columns 576–77, was inclusive of expenditure on (a) task forces and review bodies and (b) by focus groups which included expenditure on market research and publicity. It is not possible to provide a further breakdown of expenditure without incurring disproportionate costs. The total own expenditure on publications by my Department itself since May 1997 is £3,724,259. This is broken down as follows:
