§ Mr. Mike O'BrienResponses from the Terrence Higgins Trust and the London East AIDS Network to the White Paper "Fairer, Faster and Firmer—A Modern Approach to Immigration and Asylum" were acknowledged in November. Their concerns are being taken into account in developing the new asylum support arrangements under which all asylum seekers will continue to be entitled to essential medical treatment available from the National Health Service.
