§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThere is no separate statutory provision which gives effect to Article 6(3) of the Agreement. Instructions to caseworkers ensure that Turkish nationals who have rights under the Agreement are granted leave to remain in the United Kingdom, as appropriate.
