§ The Prime MinisterAs we made clear when the Neill Committee report on the funding of political parties in the United Kingdom was published in October 1998, the Government will announce their conclusions on the recommendations contained in the report, including those on the conduct of referendums, when we publish a White Paper and draft Bill before the Summer Recess.
