§ Mr. StrawArrangements are currently in hand to identify potential candidates for this appointment. We hope to be able to make an announcement shortly. The reviewer will, on taking up post, review the operation of sections 5–7 of the Criminal Justice (Terrorism and Conspiracy) Act 1998 since they came into force in September 1998.
