§ Mr. MealeA change in the charge band for fish farms was one of a number of amendments made to the Environment Agency's Charging for Discharges Scheme with effect from 1 April 1999. The Environment Agency consulted 211 organisations and individuals on the full range of its proposals. Those consulted included the following with an interest in fish farms:
