§ Mr. SpellarAll sectors of the armed forces are required to comply with the Secretary of State's environmental policy statement and the environmental policies and practices set out in JSP 418, the Ministry of8W Defence's environmental manual. JSP 418 encourages all personnel to identify opportunities for recycling. The Secretary of State' s environmental policy statement is incorporated into JSP 418, a copy of which is in the Library of the House.
