§ Mr. HoonThe Government strongly support efforts to bring the Khmer Rouge leaders to justice and therefore welcomed the report by the UN Group of Experts earlier this year. We have made clear to the Cambodian Government our support for an international tribunal, and have encouraged them to co-operate with the international community on this issue.
