Following the debate in the House of Commons on 26 May (HC Deb., cols. 382–420) on the charging of visitors to the Palace of Westminster during the Summer Adjournment, what is the up-to-date cost of the consultants' study; and what proportion of this will be charged to the House of Lords. [HL3137]

The total sum expended by the two Houses is £123,694.24. The share payable by the House of Lords is £49,441.69. This money has been found from underspend in the Security Budget.
