§ Mr. KirkwoodAll House of Commons rates of pay are higher than the national minimum wage. Therefore, no staff of the House have benefited from the introduction of the national minimum wage. It is not possible to state how many contractors staff may have benefited, as the House does not keep records of the rates of pay of staff employed by contractors.
