§ Dr. HowellsI am placing in the Library of the House a list of the reports received in the Department from the Monopolies and Mergers Commission and the Competition Commission since June 1994, together with the dates on which they were received and the date on which they were published and a decision was announced.
I am also making available a list of reports delivered by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission to sectoral regulators during the same period of time.
