§ Mr. George HowarthUp to the end of 1995, 25 detained patients in all categories had been removed under section 86. Since then, one restricted patient has been removed. Figures for the removal of other categories of detained patients in the same period are not held, and the information sought could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
