§ Mr. Mike O'BrienOfficials in my Department and other Government Departments are meeting today with representatives from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Organisation for Migration, the Refugee Council, the British Red Cross and Refugee Action to discuss how best to facilitate the voluntary return of Kosovar Albanians back to Kosovo. A number of these organisations in the voluntary sector have played a leading role in the reception, care and resettlement of the Kosovar Albanians and are, therefore, clearly well placed to advise on a number of the issues involved in returning them home. I believe we will be in a better position to devise a strategy for return once these initial discussions have taken place.
