§ Mr. George HowarthThis information is not currently held centrally. At present, there are around 127 face-to-face arrest referral schemes in England. The targets set recently under the drugs strategy by the United Kingdom Anti-Drugs Co-ordinator include doubling the number of such schemes in the current year.
