- (2) in respect of the most recent period for which information is available, what proportions of defendants tried in the Crown Court following election for jury trial were (a) acquitted, or otherwise not convicted, in relation to all of the charges against them, (b) convicted, following jury trial, on all or some of the charges against them and (c) convicted, following pleas of guilty, and without going to jury trial, on all or some of the charges against them; [86960]
- (3) in respect of the most recent period for which information is available, what proportions of defendants convicted in the Crown Court following an election for jury trial were (a) convicted on all of the same charges with which they were originally charged and (b) convicted of fewer or lesser charges than those with which they were originally charged.
