§ Mr. FoulkesWe have made available more than £11 million in humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan over the last two years.
The assistance has been provided through agencies such as the International Red Cross and the United Nations for emergency medical assistance, demining and refugee 175W protection. In addition, we have provided funds to non-governmental organisations working in rural development, health/sanitation and the education sector.
