§ Mr. StrawThe new co-ordinating Committee established by Article 36 of the revised Treaty on European Union has no formal title but is known informally as the Article 36 Committee. The United Kingdom representative is Mr. John Warne of the Organised and International Crime Directorate in the Home Office. It is for the Presidency of the day to determine how frequently the Committee meets, but we would expect there to be meetings at approximately monthly intervals.
