§ Mr. MealeWe are about to consult the Injurious or Hazardous Substances Advisory Committee, set up under section 140 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. When we have received and considered the advice of that committee, we shall publish the necessary notice in the London Gazette under section 140(6) of that Act, and make the regulations publicly available.
