To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (1) what measures are in place to prevent the escape into the environment of GM seeds while in transit; [93148]

(2) what assessment he has made of the environmental impact resulting from the escape into the environment while in transit of GM seeds. [93177]
