224Wsexual orientation. Under the Northern Ireland Act 1998, the PAFT administrative guidelines will be superseded by a statutory duty on public authority in relation to equality of opportunity. This will require equality schemes to be drawn up by public authorities, including arrangements for impact assessments with consultation and publication.
