§ Mr. HainThe Climate Change Levy is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer. However, representations have been received from individual companies in the steel and aluminium smelting industries and their representative bodies. We have made the Chancellor aware of the concerns expressed.
