§ Mr. MacdonaldFollowing the debate in the Scottish Parliament about the Scottish Adjacent Waters Boundary Order on 3 June, the Scottish Executive Minister for Rural Affairs, Mr. Ross Finnie, wrote to the Secretary of State. His letter conveyed fishermen's concerns about the Order. The Secretary of State met with representatives of the Scottish Fishermen's Federation on 24 June.
