§ Ms JowellWe are providing £500,000 to support pilot projects under the 'Back in Work' programme. Project proposals of between £5,000 and £50,000 have been invited from businesses, trade unions and workplace organisations. The closing date for applications is 31 August.
This programme is part of the Healthy Workplace Initiative which is jointly sponsored by the Department and the Health and Safety Executive. The Healthy Workplace Initiative was launched on 9 March this year by myself and my hon. Friend the Minister with responsibility for health and safety.
