§ Mr. Paul MurphyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has no plans for an investigation into this matter. The Planning Service will reconsider its advice on the application for planning permission in the light of the Judicial Review decision. The Secretary of State is not aware of any planning cases where misleading information may have been given to the Minister.
