§ Kate HoeyThe pilot project was completed earlier this year. An evaluation of the project has been carried out by researchers from Bristol University and a final report will be published in early September. Later that month, a special conference will be held at which criminal justice practitioners can discuss the findings and other matters relating to the role of the victim in criminal proceedings, and make recommendations.
