Trips in and around London (Edinburgh/Cardiff/Belfast), which account for the majority of my working week, will normally be made by Government car. The last time I used a train in the course of my official duties was yesterday when visiting Lancaster in my capacity as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.
