§ Mr. DenhamThe General Medical Council (GMC) consulted the Department in the course of developing new guidance on "Confidentiality: Providing and Protecting Information". The guidance, which updates previous guidance issued by the GMC, provides helpful clarity on a number of issues that are of concern to the medical profession.
