§ Clare ShortThe overall objectives set out in the Government's White Paper on International Development apply to the Small Grants Scheme which finances projects generally costing a few thousand pounds. Reports are considered on a country by country basis each year, and compliance with administrative and financial requirements is monitored by my Internal Audit Department.
