§ Mr. VazThe current timetable is subject to change but it is expected that the Stage Two Invitation to Negotiate will be issued in August 1999. Selection of the preferred supplier is scheduled for early 2000 with contract completion by the end of the financial year 2000–01. The construction timetable will be the subject of negotiation with the preferred supplier.
