To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office what performance targets he has approved for the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency for 1999–2000. [92360]

Mr. Kilfoyle

I have approved the following key performance targets for the Central and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA) for 1999–2000.

  1. 1. To achieve financial breakeven on an accruals basis;
  2. 2. To deliver CCTA services within the Voted provisions;
  3. 3. To operate within CCTA Customer Charter at 75 per cent. level;
  4. 4. To secure savings that will reduce cost of support services by 5 per cent,;
  5. 5. To achieve a 3 per cent. of customer satisfaction evaluations in the top two boxes of a five box scale.
