§ Mr. WilsonThe Ambassadors for British Business scheme was launched by the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in November 1997 and was administered by the Joint Export Promotion Directorate, a joint FCO/DTI directorate in the Export Command of the DTI. It is now administered by the new unified DTI/FCO operation, British Trade International.
