§ Ms Glenda Jackson[holding answer 14 July 1999]: None. The draft Aeroplane Noise (Amendment) Regulations are simply an administrative measure. They align UK legislation with the latest EU amendment by deleting 11 aeroplanes which no longer qualify for exemption.
