§ Mr. George HowarthMy right hon. Friend the Home Secretary has asked the Prison Service to conduct an assessment of the extent of litigation of all types by 205W serving prisoners and to report to him by the end of July. We will decide whether any further study is necessary in the light of the results of this work.
