§ Lord Williams of MostynBased on advice received from the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Inspectorate, we are satisfied that there are no grounds under Section 13 of the Act to suspend the certificate of designation.
While the investigation into the allegations made against this establishment continues, it would be inappropriate for us to comment further at this stage.
