§ Mr. KilfoyleThe Access Business Group was set up in July 1997 under my chairmanship. I have recently invited my hon. Friend the Financial Secretary to the Treasury to join the group in view of the importance of small businesses to the Government's growth and productivity agenda. The other members are the Under-Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, my hon. Friend the Member for Mansfield (Mr. Meale) and my hon. Friend the Minister for Small Firms, Trade and Industry, in addition to Teresa Graham of the Better Regulation Task Force and Councillor John Ryan OBE, (Barnsley MBC) of the Local Government Association.
