§ Dr. HowellsDiscrimination against a prospective purchaser by an estate agent on the ground that the purchaser will not be, or is unlikely to be, accepting services is an undesirable practice under the Estate Agents (Undesirable Practices) (No. 2) Order 1991. I understand that the Office of Fair Trading is currently considering a number of complaints it has received on this issue.
