§ Mr. Nick BrownA provisional agenda for the May Agriculture Council meeting was made available to the European Scrutiny Committee in line with the usual pre-Council scrutiny arrangements.
The right hon. Gentleman will also wish to be aware that the European Scrutiny Committee has agreed that in the interest of keeping the whole House informed of business at forthcoming Councils it is appropriate and sensible for provisional agenda for Councils provided to the Committee to be placed in the House Library. A copy of the agenda for the June Agriculture Council was placed in the Library in this way.
