To ask the Attorney-General if he will make a statement on the consideration by the CPS of the case for the prosecution of an individual whose name has been sent to him under the War Crimes Act 1991. [90450]

I am aware that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is currently considering an allegation against an individual under the War Crimes Act 1991. The CPS is at an advanced stage in its consideration of the case.
