§ Ms Glenda JacksonStatutory reports under the provisions of the Road Traffic Reduction Act 1997 are to be submitted—other than those produced by London Boroughs—in July 2000, as part of the first round of full local transport plans (LTPs). In London, the statutory reports will be linked with the submission of local implementation plans by the Boroughs, taking account of the Mayor's transport strategy. Authorities should also be submitting non-statutory 'interim' road traffic reduction reports at the end of July 1999, as part of their provisional LTPs—or as part of interim transport plans (ITPs) in the case of London Boroughs.
