To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what(a) discussions and (b) meetings (i) he and (ii) the Minister for Sport had with the Secretary of State for Health regarding the White Paper, "Our Healthier Nation". [90614]

Officials from both Departments met in advance of the publication of the Health White Paper to ensure full integration between "Our Healthier Nation" and my Department's forthcoming sports strategy. My hon. Friend the Minister for Sport will be meeting my hon. Friend the Minister for Public Health later this month to discuss opportunities for further collaborative work between our Departments.
