§ Mr. Alan HowarthThe National Foundation for Youth Music is an independent body, and is responsible for identifying its outreach without reference to Ministers. The Foundation's ultimate aim is to ensure that all 25W children have the opportunity to access music-making, particularly those who for geographical or other reasons are currently denied such access.
