§ Mr. Andrew SmithThere will be nine pathfinder areas, one in each of the seven Employment Service regions in England, and one each in Scotland and Wales. Those areas are: Black Country; City Pride Manchester; Dorset; Durham; Edinburgh East and Midlothian; Hull; North Derbyshire; North East Wales; and Oxfordshire.
